In the weekend Wedding concept, our James Beard foundation celebrated Chefs have all week leading up to your Wedding to exclusively focus and customize your food service for the weekend.  Our Rehearsal Dinners are themed both in Decor and Food service, such as our Big Texas Barbecue or Night in Tuscany.  For your Wedding day, we feature extensive Passed and Stationary Hor’s Devours coupled with our Chefs Duo plate for Dinner.  For the After Party , we offer our 5ft Long Hero Sandwiches or our Hot Dog Stand or Just incredible snacks.  The weekend finishes with our creative and unique Breakfast combinations for your Farewell Breakfast.
