To our friends at LTM,

Our apologies for this long overdue note, but we wanted to make sure we took the time to thank you for all you did to make our wedding weekend so memorable. We continue to receive feedback from our guests on how wonderful things were, so unique and special compared to many traditional weddings. We, of course, feel the same way, but to know that our friends and family also felt the magic of the night, is truly rewarding.

We knew from our first visit to the Manor that this was the place for us. We wanted something that had that “wow” factor, but still was true to ourselves. Andrew (and Samantha’s) initial tour left us on clouds and we knew we’d found something special. That sense of security was reinforced with each (and there were many) email we sent with questions about every little thing. At the tasting, it was such a treat to get to see the Manor in action, showcasing all that it has to offer. We were so excited after that day’s feast!

As the weekend drew closer, we continued to be amazed. Chef Mike was fantastic with his ability to come up with menu options to meet the various dietary restrictions of our guests. A dairy-free, glutenfree, vegetarian option? Mike made it happen, and it was delicious! Nobody left hungry and we continue to hear comments on the food- the assortment, the quantity, the quality, the presentation. Every part of it was so atypical to most weddings.

Jackie, you are who Martha Stewart tries to be. You took our two colors and found ways to add a personalized touch to everything. You created the most intimate space for our ceremony. Our cake table was spectacular and added such beauty to the cake itself. And our centerpieces, we don’t have words. You glammed up a plain idea and created something that was a showstopper. Throughout the planning process, every recommended vendor had glowing things to say about you and the exquisite job you do. Everything is executed with perfection!

A special thank you is due to Kelly for her wonderful ability to do her job while being so down-to-earth. We felt like there was a friend taking care of us. All the guests at the Cottage House fell in love with her southern hospitality. All the little things she did made such a difference, like finding out which girls were going to take the longest to get ready so we could get them moving first © Plus, there was always a cup of tea ready for a sick bride. You are great at what you do!

Ted, a sincere apology for the guys’ late night campfire. You kept everyone on track the day of the wedding and we felt so special .having you by our side the whole weekend. You took note of the little things and really made us feel like royalty. It was very hard to comeback to reality after the weekend ended. You are a special find and the Manor is lucky to have you. Weddings would not be the same without you there.

Everyone affiliated with the Manor contributes to the overall amazing experience that not only the bride and groom, but thewedding party and all other guests get to have. Ashley found a special way of calming down two crazy flower girls as they had second thoughts about walking down the aisle and Rick left us feeling so calm that no matter what transportation need should arise, he would take care of it.

The bar and wait staff were spectacular and all the vendor recommendations were great. Brian made everyone a lover of classical music and Victoria has a special gift that transforms an ordinary ceremony into an amazing experience for all.

You all should be very proud of the work you do and the impact you have on so many. We were able to have a wedding that our guests will never forget and you pulled it off despite the torrential rain that weekend brought! We feel very honored that we were able to share that day with you and are so lucky to have great memories from the best night of our lives.

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!
